A Strategic Revamp in the Heart of Frisco
Orion Construction Group was selected by a private developer to revitalize a high-traffic corner in Frisco’s Northgate District. The project included structural upgrades, ADA accessibility improvements, and a complete rebranding of the building exterior and interior suites.
The scope was ambitious: work had to be completed on a tight 6-month timeline while keeping Multiple tenant spaces are active.

Originally built in 1996, the structure required a major overhaul to meet Class A commercial standards.
Orion deployed a three-phase construction sequence to minimize disruptions to tenant operations.
All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were brought up to code with updated energy-efficient fixtures.
Our team worked in close coordination with city officials to fast-track permit reviews and inspections.
Pre-construction began in Q3 of 2022. Groundwork started October 2022, with delivery in April 2023.
Over 4,000 SF of roof replacement, 3,000 SF of sidewalk rework, and 200+ LF of new underground utilities were part of the scope.
96% of all deliveries, subs, and inspections hit their scheduled mark.
Orion delivered this project with fewer than 1% total change orders—a testament to precise planning and crystal-clear communication.
